Named after the beautiful island "嶼" (yǔ, island) of Taiwan and the character "與" (yǔ, and/accompany). We use Taiwanese Bamboo Ginger, harnessing its unique gingerols and avoiding additives. This not only ensures consumers eat healthily and with peace of mind but also introduces variety into their diet through different consumption forms and methods.
Bamboo Ginger has an extremely high content of gingerols. The gingerol content in one piece of Bamboo Ginger is equivalent to the amount found in a large chunk of widely available Southeast Asian Ginger (Young Ginger, Mature Ginger, or Old Ginger).
Bamboo Ginger warms the heart and body. When it's heated, the high concentration of gingerols in its dried form converts into the heat-stable compound gingerenone, and the content of this compound increases by approximately 12 times.
